How to Use:

In vitro: MSAB was suggested to be used at 5-10 μM final concentration in vitro.
In vivo: MSAB was used to dose mice at 10-20 mg/kg by intraperitoneal injection once per day in xenograft model of HCT116, HCT115 and H23 cell lines, and MMTV-Wnt1 transgenic mice.
