The removal of separate reverse transcription step not only reduces errors and time to obtain results, but also leads the qRT-PCR reaction to optimum sensitivity and specificity. 
ViPrimePLUS Lyophilized One Step qRT-PCR Master Mix is used with supplied re-suspension buffer and ROX dye; hence hardware platforms that need ROX as passive reference dye can be used in standard cycling conditions.
