Cyanine7.5 NHS ester

Cyanine7.5是一種近紅外熒光染料，具有很長的發(fā)射光譜，是此類熒光衍生而來的活性胺產(chǎn)品。

近紅外照射很容易穿透組織因此常應用于體內(nèi)成像領域。

該產(chǎn)品可以用于標記含有氨基的小分子物質(zhì)，比如蛋白和多肽，通過近紅外光譜成像技術（NIR imaging）來示蹤他們在有機體內(nèi)的分布。

中心聚亞甲基基團的增強的穩(wěn)定性使得量子產(chǎn)率較其母結構Cy7.5® NHS提高20%。
