操 作 步 驟
1. 每孔分別加入已稀釋的樣品、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品各100ul。
2. 將板置于37℃溫育30分鐘。
3. 甩盡板中液體，用應(yīng)用洗滌液進(jìn)行洗滌，每次停留30秒，在紙上拍干。重復(fù)操作5次。
4. 每孔加入酶標(biāo)偶合液100ul。
