產(chǎn)品介紹：biosensis  
biosensis細(xì)胞的來源多樣，培養(yǎng)方法也各不相同，凡是來源于胚胎、組織器官及外周血，經(jīng)特殊分離方法制備而來的原初培養(yǎng)的細(xì)胞稱之為原代細(xì)胞。原代細(xì)胞經(jīng)分散接種之手段稱為傳代。凡能經(jīng)傳代方式進(jìn)行再次培養(yǎng)的細(xì)胞稱為傳代細(xì)胞。若能穩(wěn)定生長(zhǎng)傳至10~20代以上的細(xì)胞可確立為細(xì)胞系。若有條件能開展單細(xì)胞克隆、純化，經(jīng)大量擴(kuò)增后所形成的生物學(xué)特性穩(wěn)定的克隆化細(xì)胞群，稱之為細(xì)胞株或克隆細(xì)胞。此過程稱為細(xì)胞的純化或細(xì)胞克隆。
